Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed over the weekend will be mailed out on Monday to avoid sitting in a hot warehouse or vehicle. 

SHIPPING TIME:

A flat $8.95 shipping rate applies to orders anywhere in the US.

North America: 5-7 business days after a 48-72-hour processing time. Actual delivery is contingent on the courier. Once the courier scans the item, we no longer have control over the delivery time. Crafted Candle Con Cookie is not liable or responsible for any delays, reroutes, or failed deliveries of your package.
